Syndicate will oversee a traditional public relations campaign surrounding the launch of Soho Beach House, the brand’s third North American property. The ocean front Soho Beach House Miami, located on the site of the historic art-deco Sovereign Hotel, will offer a private members club and chic boutique hotel in Miami’s Mid-Beach area just north of South Beach. The new 16-story property will feature the brand’s signature innovative hospitality experience for club members and hotel guests, as well as the world-renowned Cowshed Spa and Cecconi’s restaurant, both open to the public.
